Welcome to LION BUSINESS NETWORK 322B1, a global business networking platform fostering meaningful professional connections across industries. By registering as a member, attending events, or engaging on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Membership Guidelines

All members must:

Be at least 18 years old and engaged in a verifiable business or professional capacity.

Provide accurate personal and business information during registration.

Uphold the values of mutual respect, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.

Avoid spamming, aggressive sales tactics, or harassment of any kind.

Membership may be revoked for violations at the discretion of the Executive Committee.

3. Legal & Litigation

Disputes arising out of membership or platform use shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in [KOLKATA, India].

Members agree to resolve complaints or conflicts first through internal mediation facilitated by the Executive Committee before seeking legal recourse.

4. Member Networking Conduct

All interactions, online or offline, must be professional. Members must:

Refrain from using abusive language or discriminatory behavior and non community bias

Respect boundaries and professional norms in business pitches or proposals.

Avoid conflict of interest or misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or business affiliations.

5. Protection and Inclusion of Women Members

Lion Business Network 322B1 is committed to a safe and inclusive environment. Specific protections include:

Zero tolerance for sexual harassment, intimidation, or derogatory remarks.

Safe participation protocols at in-person events, including availability of grievance redressal officers.

Female members are encouraged to participate equally in all networking and leadership opportunities.

Violations against this clause will result in immediate suspension and potential legal action under Indian law (including POSH Act).

6. Participation in Member Meets and Events

Attendance at member events (physical) is encouraged to maximize networking value.

Event behavior must reflect the professionalism and decorum of an international business community.

Members may not record or share private discussions without explicit consent.

Dress code and conduct requirements may be issued for certain high-profile events.

7. Executive Committee Guidelines

Members must:

Adhere to operational and ethical guidelines issued by the Executive Committee.

Comply with decisions regarding event participation, dispute resolution, and leadership nominations.

Respect the authority of Chapter Heads or appointed representatives in regional or international contexts.

Failure to comply may result in temporary suspension, permanent removal, or legal notice.

8. Decorum and Brand Representation

As part of a global network, members agree to:

Maintain professional decorum when representing the platform in any capacity.

Avoid behavior that could damage the reputation of Lion Business Network 322B1 or its affiliated members.

Not use the platform’s name, logo, or materials for personal gain without written permission.

9. Termination of Membership

Membership may be terminated if a member:

Violates these Terms or any applicable law.

Acts in a way that damages the reputation or integrity of the platform.

Fails to pay any applicable dues or event fees.

The Executive Committee reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership with due process.

10. Amendments to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Members will be notified via email or platform notifications. Continued participation implies acceptance of changes.
